What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, the fabric and the branding method. Tell us the quantity you need and we will confirm what is possible and the best price for that quantity.
Can we see a sample before placing the order?
Yes. For made-to-order uniforms we make a physical sample for your approval before bulk production starts, so you can check the fit, fabric and branding.
How long does an order take?
Timelines depend on the product, quantity and branding. We confirm a delivery date along with the quote, and plan production around your deadline wherever possible.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes. We serve customers across India and can deliver to a single address or to multiple branches and sites.
Can you match our existing uniform?
Yes. Send us a sample piece or clear photos and we will match the design, fabric and colours as closely as possible, or suggest improvements.
How do we collect sizes from our employees?
We share a size chart and can arrange sample size sets. Orders can be packed size-wise, department-wise or with each employee's name.
Do you handle repeat orders and new joiners?
Yes. We keep a record of your approved designs, fabrics and branding, so repeat orders and top-ups for new staff match the original order.
What do you need from us to give a quote?
The products, approximate quantities, your logo, any reference photos, and the delivery city and date. A WhatsApp message with these details is enough to get started.
